Seems that we have some days in peace and quiet here. The new catalogue didn’t arrive yet. Cindy is still making her mind up about her new pet. But she’s already pretty sure, that she doesn’t want one of those, we saw some days ago. She says, this wasn’t her style. She had seen a lovely doggish pet, which would suit her more, she told me.
I am not sure about it, but we wait and see, what the catalogue will have on offer.
I wanted to start a conversation about walking your pet on rainy days and buying enough food and finding someone for your holidays. But she wasn’t in the mood for it and started yawning instead.
“I am sooooo tired, good night,” she finished our discussion, even before it had started. Now I can hear her rummaging around in her room. No, I am NOT interested at all, what’s going on in there.

Es scheint, als könnten wir gerade ein paar Tage in Frieden verleben. Der neue Katalog ist noch nicht da. Cindy denkt weiter intensiv über ihr neues Haustier nach. Nun ist sie sich bereits ziemlich sicher, dass sie nicht so eines haben möchte, wie das, was an unserem Balkon entlang lief. Sie sagt, das sei nicht ihr Stil. Sie hat wohl ein süßes hundiges Haustier gesehen, das besser zu ihr passen würde.
Ich habe versucht, mit ihr über das Gassigehen bei Regenwetter, den regelmäßigen Futterkauf und das Problem der Ferienbetreuung zu sprechen. Aber sie war gerade nicht in der Stimmung dazu und fing stattdessen an zu gähnen.
“Ich bin sooooooo müde, gute Nacht”, beendete sie die Diskussion, bevor sie überhaupt begonnen hatte. Jetzt kann ich hören, wie sie in ihrem Zimmer herumraschelt. NEIN, ich will gerade nicht wissen, was sie da macht.
